Multi-Million Dollar Asbestos Lawsuit Gets New Trial



Using the Mississippi Top court, a circuit court judge developed a mistake whilst allowed the plaintiff's attorney to read simple things simple things a document which in fact had not been produced evidence. The final Court justice mentioned the fact that details contained in the document was both "irrelevant" and "highly prejudicial," and can have caused an unfair bias associated with the jury from the defendant. Troy Lofton is suing his former employer CPChem for exposing him to asbestos which eventually become liable for his asbestosis. Exposure to asbestos happen to be related to many harmful diseases like carcinoma belonging to the lung and mesothelioma.
